FatMaXR FG Angle Kit-Liability Waiver

IMPORTANT NOTICE
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS PRODUCT.
1. Product Description & Intended Use
The FatMaxR FG Angle Kit (“the Product”) is an aftermarket steering and suspension modification supplied by Not Scared Racing and
Fabrication. The Product is for motorsport, competition, track, and off-road use only and is not ADR-approved or legal for public road use.

2. Acceptance of Terms (No Signature Required)
By purchasing, installing, fitting, or using the Product, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver. No signature is
required for this waiver to be legally binding.

3. Acknowledgement of Risk
Motorsport and vehicle modification are inherently dangerous and may result in loss of control, component failure, vehicle damage, serious
injury, or death, even when installed correctly.

4. Installation Responsibility
Correct installation is critical. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional. Not Scared Racing and Fabrication is not
responsible for incorrect installation or compatibility issues.

5. Third-Party Components
Some components are manufactured by third parties. Not Scared Racing and Fabrication accepts no responsibility for the failure or
performance of third-party components to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Release & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, you release Not Scared Racing and Fabrication from all liability arising from installation,
use, misuse, or failure of the Product, including injury, death, or property damage.

7. Ongoing Responsibility
You are responsible for vehicle safety, inspection, maintenance, and compliance with event rules.

8. Australian Consumer Law
This waiver does not exclude rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund
at the discretion of Not Scared Racing and Fabrication.

9. No Warranty for Motorsport Use
No warranty is provided for competition use, crash damage, incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, or wear.

10. Governing Law
This waiver is governed by Australian law.

11. Final Acknowledgement
By purchasing, installing, or using the FatMaxR FG Angle Kit, you assume all risks and agree to these terms
